• The target of the market survey and the subsequent acquisition is a year-round road ferry service in the Archipelago in the years 2029-2050. The service must be produced in accordance with the contract documents. The ferry locations included in the contract:- Hämmärönsalmi- Högsar- Högsåra- Keistiö- Kokkila- Kivimo- Mossala- Palva- Saverkeit- Skagen- Vartsala- Velkuanmaa- Våno The service includes, among other things, procuring the ferries needed for traffic, managing daily traffic according to the specified service level, customer service and small-scale management of state-owned ferry beaches. The service provider is responsible for the implementation of the service based on the quality responsibility principle. This announcement is a preliminary information announcement. This announcement does not solicit offers. With this announcement, we invite you to purchase interested actors to take part in the market survey, the purpose of which is to hold a general level discussion about the procurement target and possible solutions proposed by the supplier in bilateral market dialogue meetings. This announcement attached is the preliminary material of the Market Survey, which shows the procurement schedules, key goals and changes to the previous procurement documents for the Road Ferry Service Järvi-Suomi 2026-2047. The preliminary material shows the key issues that the procurement unit is especially looking for comments and opinions. In particular, the procurement unit hopes for comments in the market dialogue on the issues presented on pages 9-10 of the preliminary material.
