- Rosk'n Roll Oy Ab and eight water utilities (Porvoo Vesi, Lohja Water and Sewerage, Loviisa Vesiliikelaitos, Raaseporin Vesi, Hankon Vesi, Karkkila Water Supply, Hyvinkaeae Vesi and Lapinjaervi Water Supply) are launching biowaste and sewage sludge treatment service competitionsas joint procurement. For this purpose, a procurement ring has been established, the members of which are the above-mentioned organizations.
The mass amount of the procurement ring is approx. 5,000 t/y biowaste and approx. 27,000 t/y sewage sludge. The procurement will be divided into parts, even though section II.1.6) incorrectly reads: "Thisthis contract has not been divided into parts". The processing service, which is now being tendered, is scheduled to start on January 1, 2024.
The procurement will be carried out through a negotiation procedure.
