• As part of procurement planning, the procurement unit carries out a market survey in accordance with § 65 subsection 3 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016), which is used to survey the market for case management systems. A case management solution refers to an entity that includes the following functions/areas: case management, document management, drafting and managing officeholder decisions, drafting and managing meeting materials, contract management, information management and electronic filing. In addition, the case management solution must include workflow management, search services, reporting, contact and trusted person register, electronic meetings, management of meeting fees, publication of meeting materials and decisions. This does not is not a preliminary notice, a request for tender, a procurement notice or an invitation to a negotiation procedure, and the publication of the notice does not initiate a tender. Not responding to a request for information does not prevent participation in a possible tender or the request for information responding or participating in different events will in no way affect the bidder's position in a possible later tender and does not bind the respondent. The procurement unit can use the answers to the information request for a possible future procurement in planning. All responses will be treated confidentially.
