- This announcement is a request for information about market mapping. This announcement is not a procurement announcement. The request for information and the responses given to it do not bind the procurement unit or those who responded to the request for information in any respect. The city of Hämeenlinna (hereinafter also "procurement unit") plans to tender the procurement of communication and marketing services as a framework arrangement. Acquisition the anticipated total value during the contract period exceeds the EU threshold value referred to in § 26 of the Procurement Act. The framework agreements are intended to enter into force in spring 2026 or summer 2026. The length of the contract period is a maximum of four (4) years. The procurement unit hereby collects with market mapping, information and views from companies in the field regarding the implementation of the acquisition of communication and marketing services. The information obtained from this market mapping is used in the preparation of the tender request, so that the planned the procurement unit's needs and the up-to-date market situation could be taken into account in the best possible way.NOTE.
