This notification is not a prior notice, a contract notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information for market survey regarding an electronic archive solution that enables statutory obligations to be fulfilled to documents. The market dialogue is common to Rantasalmi and Juva municipality. Target is to discuss the definition of the system in relation to the products in the market (participating in the market dialog). The aim is to present the starting points for the procurement and to attend a dialogue on the implementation, the content, the terms of the contract and to receive participants views to them. Market dialogue is carried out as considered by the contracting entity. For example, the contracting entity may send the draft tenders for commenting for comment. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the procurement entity Not committed to implementing the acquisition and the documents presented during the market dialogue are draft documents. The contracting entity does not pay compensation for participating in market dialogue. Decisions on the launch of any procurement will be made after the market survey.
