This announcement is a preliminary announcement (market survey). This is not a procurement announcement, a request for participation or a request for tender, but an invitation to a technical dialogue. The purpose of the technical dialogue is to map the information available on the market and use it in the planning and preparation of the procurement, e.gin order to organize the most successful successful tender.
The subject of the request for information is the procurement of ICT equipment used in Fintraffic Lennonvarmistus Oy's air navigation systems, such as computers, network equipment and screens.
The procurement unit asks suppliers interested in the procurement to participatefor a technical dialogue on commenting on draft versions of preliminary requirements and tender documents for the country's ICT equipment. The dialogue is carried out as a written procedure, in which suppliers registered for the technical dialogue are sent by e-mail the tender documents ldrafts for comment.
Participating in the technical dialogue does not affect the bidder's position in the bidding process itself. The technical dialogue and the information provided in it do not bind the Procurement Unit or the suppliers who responded to the request for information. The procurement unit does not pay the operators any compensationta for making an offer. The procurement unit will treat all comments as confidential, and they will not be disclosed to parties outside of the procurement preparation group....
