With this market survey / prior information notice Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) surveys the market and requests information from suppliers concerning the procurement of automated soil gas flux chambers. Luke is planning to procure two sets of automated soil gas flux systems (multiplexer + 5-8 chambers) in 2024 and one additional set over the next few years. The devices will be used in field conditions in Finland all year round for the purposes of forest and agricultural studies. The procuring entity invites the interested suppliers to participate in a market dialogue by sending their expression of interest and contact details (contact person, email address) by email to kirjaamo@luke.fi and a copy to hankintatuki@luke.fi preferably by 9th of February 2024 at the latest. The email should be titled /identified with “Market Survey 347/02 10 01 03/2024, Automated soil gas flux chambers”. The interested suppliers are also kindly asked in their email to provide answers to the following questions: 1. What is the maximum height of the vegetation where your automated chambers can still be operated? 2. What are the required accessories? 3. Are you able to supply supplementary devices/extended support in case of breakdowns to prevent datagaps? What is the timeframe supplementary devices can be provided? 4.
