- This is not a procurement announcement but an invitation to market dialogue. The object of the planned acquisition is job guidance services. The procurement is planned to be divided into the following parts: A) Individual work supervision B) Group work supervision C) Work community work supervision D) Work supervision of superiors and management E) Situational work supervision and consulting F) Work supervision of psychologists The contract period is supposed to start on January 1, 2026 after the end of the previous contract period. The publication date of the procurement announcement will be specified as the preparation progresses. The market dialogue is basically implemented in writing. Suppliers willing to engage in market dialogue please contact by email to hankinnat@ekhva.fi by 16.00 on April 17, 2026. In the subject field of the e-mail, you are asked to write "MARKKINAUOROPHELU_TYOeNOHJAUSPALVELUT_YRITYSEN NIMI". Participants willing to participate in the market dialogue will be provided with a preliminary tender request material for comment. Comments, feedback and observations are requested by April 24, 2026. The market dialogue does not bind the participating suppliers to participate in the planned acquisition. The market dialogue also does not bind the purchasing unit in the implementation of a possible purchase. Final the possible acquisition may also differ from the initial plans. The delivered material is treated as confidential in accordance with section 24, subsection 1, item 20 of the Publicity Act.
