The purpose of this invitation to respond in writing to the market survey is to clarify the questions related to the organization of the workshops of Pelifarm of the City of Oulu's Youth Services (hereinafter referred to as the "customer"). Industry operators interested in acquisitions are asked for comments on the workshop matters related to the duration of the entities' contracts, so that the tender can be carried out in the most expedient way possible. This document is not a procurement notice or request for tender, but a detailed market survey in accordance with Section 65 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), i.e. an invitation to market dialogue as part of the procurement preparation.
