The object of the procurement is an electronic service that includes:- Electronic application for building permits, processing and decision-making- Communication between the applicant and the authority- Interfaces to national information systems (e.g. VTJ, Real Estate Information System)- Interfaces to the municipality's own systems (e.g. basic information system, archive) - Document store, where the customer can buy and download permit decisions, drawings and other documents - Payment functionality This announcement is used to map the market and different ways carry out the purchase. The procurement unit does not start the bidding process with the publication of this notice, but a possible procurement notice and request for tenders will be published later. This announcement does not oblige the procurement entity to carry out the actual procurement.
