• This is a request for information/market survey, not a procurement announcement. This request for information/market survey concerns the future procurement of catering and cleaning services for Oulu city sites in 2026. At this stage, we ask the service providers to familiarize themselves with the future procurement materials and to register for the market dialogue. Description of the future acquisition: The acquisition includes school and kindergarten sites meal and cleaning services (appendix 1. targets) school, high school, kindergarten, multipurpose hall, youth and library targets cleaning services targets.
