- NOTICE ON THE START OF THE MARKET SURVEY. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT DOES NOT SOLICITE OFFERS. Heka tenders the various moving transport services it needs. We ask potential bidders to familiarize themselves with the attached documents and to respond to the attachment "questions and answers" to the questions presented in the tabs. Moving services are needed at Heka in, for example, the following situations: Accidents in rental homes, in some cases Heka orders moving services for the movables of the resident's home for transfer to temporary accommodation. After the repairs are completed, the tenant is usually ordered to move back to the apartment from which he was moved out. All apartments are located in the Helsinki city area. Moves of movables and storage and disposal services Occasionally, Heka's own chattels are also subject to acquisition, for example facilities used by property maintenance and archive facilities. These changes are not yet known, but needs may arise during the contract period, when Heka primarily orders the service from a contract partner. Movers are also occasionally ordered for the storage of chattels for a period of about 3 months and possibly for the disposal of chattels. Releasing the apartment for rental use In some cases, Heka may move the movable property of the apartment to be stored so that the apartment is freed up for rental use.
