- PRELIMINARY DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANNED PROCUREMENT TASK Kela maintains and develops several online services that serve a wide variety of target groups with their content and also offer access to Kela's digital transaction services.Kela.fi is one of Finland's of the most used public sector online services. The site is visited by hundreds of thousands of users every day, and its annual visitor numbers are very high. Kela is also responsible for kanta.fi, which offers extensive information about Kanta services for different target groups. Tietotarjotin.fi is Kela's online service providing research and statistical information. In addition, the package includes the online service of the cross-border healthcare contact point eu-terveydenhoito.fi. GOAL Kela wants to renew its online services to meet modern usability and accessibility requirements and improve the efficiency of content production and development and maintenance.
