This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information/market survey to be carried out as part of the preparation of a future procurement. information about the object so that the purchase can be carried out in an appropriate manner. VTT has a considerable number of different software used by research for different purposes. Licenses for programs are currently acquired in different ways sources. The purpose of the service is to provide a channel for the procurement of software licenses used by research. The supplier will answer sales and management of licenses, processing of license orders, their technical and implementation support throughout the contract period. Support includes e.g. clarification of possible problem situations with the software manufacturer is unclear in matters related to software licenses. The materials related to the information request/market survey can be found in the Offer Service portal. We ask that you submit comments/answers related to the material and any other materials no later than 21 November 2025 at 17:00 to the address jarmo.herranen@vtt.fi.
