Description:
Luonnonvarakeskus is planning the purchase of a feed conveyor system for the research barn that will be completed in 2025 at the Jokioinen site. The conveyor system can be a chain conveyor, a spiral conveyor or a combination of these.
The system must be able to distribute bulk feed to approximately 50 bulk feed drop pointswithout mixing with each other and the filling should happen automatically when the feed level falls below the specified limit. The system must be able to transport completely floured feed as well as pelleted feed, up to 6 mm pellets. The drop-off points for animal feed must be arranged with controllable closing equipmentla, which also controls being on top of the catch eyes.
The system must be easy to maintain, e.g. possible greasing must be able to be carried out with hoses. Taking feed samples from the transport equipment must be arranged to be easy, a hatch etc. solution for taking samples must beopening at the lower end of the silos.
The system must have an electrical control center that controls the automatic operation of the crowd conveyors and gives an alarm in the event of a malfunction. The system must also have the possibility of the so-called for forced use.
