• Stop long-term unemployment - together towards employment The city of Jyväskylä is planning the purchase of a completely new results-based service model, the aim of which is to help the long-term unemployed back into working life. The city of Jyväskylä applies here with an announcement, interested service providers to participate in the procurement information session and dialogues. Target group The new service targets job seekers who have reached 300 days of unemployment, for whom the service providers offer at least three (3) service package promoting employment. We want the new model to be clear and transparent for both service providers and the Customer. The model is based on the actual data of Kela's unemployment benefit payments. In January, there were approximately 11 in the Jyväskylä - Muurame employment area 800 jobseekers, of which approximately 500 people received unemployment benefits for 300 days. Tasks of the service provider - offer a service package lasting at least three (3) months that supports rapid progress towards employment - support the customer holistically on their path towards employment.
