• This is an invitation to market dialogue, not a procurement announcement. The market dialogue is related to the procurement of Oulun Satama Oy's security services and ship mooring and unmooring services. The procurement targets and grouping will be specified and determined as possible with a published call for tenders. Currently, area guarding and ship service are carried out in the areas of Oulu Port so that there is one guard at all times of the day and year, whose main station is the Oritkari gate building. The guard acts as a point of contact in the access control of the port area and receives the arrival/departure notifications given by the ships. The guard carries out area guarding with the help of surveillance cameras and by touring the areas managed by the subscriber as agreed. the watchman calls the necessary number of additional people to the spot for unfastening/fastening the vessels and also participates in the unfastening or fastening work himself. As a rule, two people are used to detach the vessels, and a total of 2-4 people are involved in securing them. Therefore, depending on the event, the need for additional people is 1-3 people. The duration of one removal or attachment job varies between about 30 minutes and two hours. Besides this job, the additional person has no other duties at the Port of Oulu. With this invitation we ask bidders interested in the acquisition to register and participate in the dialogue regarding entities that may be acquired later.
