• Market survey / Tuomi Logistiikka Oy's passenger transport group transport system Tuomi Logistiikka Oy invites suppliers to a market survey for the acquisition of a group transport system for passenger traffic. This market survey notice is attached preliminary procurement description, in which the Customer has tried to highlight its needs and describe the processes and operations of passenger transport. Based on the answers received to the market survey, the Customer asks the suppliers for further discussions, to market dialogues, where the Customer's needs are further clarified and where the supplier gets to present his own solution in more detail. The customer decides at its own discretion which suppliers it invites to the market dialogue. Market dialogue the purpose is to map the potential market, to have a more detailed discussion about the object of procurement and its entities, criteria, procurement models, the future contract period and the determination of procurement and other matters related to the tender of the terms. The customer emphasizes that all documentation is preliminary and their requirements will be discussed as part of the market dialogue. The duration of the market dialogue is 120 min/supplier. The procurement schedule is tight, so market dialogues can be held already during the term of this notice. Attached is a planned schedule form, which shows the times set aside for the dialogues.
