Description:
The acquisition is subject to marketing and advertising agency services for AEL -Miedu Oy, the City of Kuopio, Savonia University of Applied Sciences, Savon Educational Association and Sansia Oy (subscribers or subscriber). The acquisition is divided into four (4) areas based on service needs: 1. Strategic marketing2. Operational marketing 3. Graphic design and implementation 4. Content production. The more detailed content and requirements of the components are described in the invitation to tender and in the draft agreement. The acquisition will be implemented as a framework arrangement. Twenty (20) suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement so that for eachFive (5) suppliers are selected for the sub-area. The duration of the contract is three (3) years. The agreement includes one year option period. The aim of the contract period is to launch the earliest as follows: - City of Kuopio, Savonia University of Applied Sciences, Savon Educational Association and Sansia Oy, starting1.8.2025 - AEL -Miedu Oy, starting from 16.11.2025.
