Description:
The National Gallery is requesting bids for the establishment of a framework arrangement for marketing and communication services and graphic services.
Services to be acquired based on the framework arrangement include the National Gallery and the National Gallery's museum sites Ateneum Art Museum, Contemporary Art Museum Kiasma etc.a Strategic consulting and planning of Sinebrychoff art museum's marketing and communication, planning and implementation of different communication and marketing concepts and producing different marketing communication materials.
Key services to be procured are:

-conceptualization and planning of marketing and communication
-development and implementation of brand communication and brand expressions
-crisis communication
-design and production of marketing communication materials and campaigns

The procurement is divided into three areas as follows:
-Area 1: Communication
-Area 2: Marketing
-Area 3: Graphic design services
The tenderer can make a bid for all areas or to offer only the areas of their choice. Necessaryhowever, the spring must apply to all services in the sub-area offered; sub-offers within a sub-area are not allowed.
