Description:
The capital region's kaupunkiliikenne Oy (KLOY), Helsinki city's transport department (HKL) and Laensimetro Oy (Laensimetro) are preparing a tender regarding the lifecycle management, maintenance, maintenance, program of the fire alarm system of the properties they own and manage and the infrastructureconstruction, development and updating.
The description of the procurement of the fire alarm system for the properties managed by KLOY, HKL and Laensimetro is presented in more detail in the Procurement background section.
The purpose of this request for information is to start a market dialogue, where the Subscriber hopes for a discussion and an answerat least to the following entities, which are presented in the Procurement background section.
At the organized event, operators can present their own activities and give suggestions on how the service description and Request for Tender can be defined and compiled as clearly as possible.
With this announcement, you are askinginterested actors to sign up for
market dialogues in the procurement preparation phase. The meetings discuss, for example, the aforementioned questions asked by the Subscriber and the operator's answers.
Operators must indicate their willingness to participate by March 17, 2023by e-mail to susanna.nurmela@kaupunkiliikenne.fi.
Appropriate times for market dialogues will be arranged among those who register.
