SK Hankintapalvelut Oy (later "SK Procurement Services") is a company belonging to the Heart Hospital Group, which provides the care support services needed by the Heart Hospital and its clients, including the diverse logistics (eg, unit-specific care, storage andits management, purchasing and contract product management). SK Procurement Services operates throughout the Heart Hospital Group and the offices are located at the time of the tender in Tampere, Jyvaskyla and Hameenlinna. SK Procurement Services acquires a wide-ranging material management with this tendering proceduresystem (later "system"), which must be able to enable eg. Stock -specific material management and operation -specific material use entry. One supplier is selected as a contract supplier. Acquisition includes the procurement of the system and the delivery project that begins to be selectedImmediately after the entry into force of the contract with the supplier. The system's production use is estimated to take place by December 2025 at the latest. The contract period is defined in more detail as an attachment to the invitation to tenderin the draft contract (Appendix 7). The system to be acquired is required to have a good suitability as a material management system for SK Procurement Services.
