Description:
The City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later the subscriber) requests offers for the renovation of the Matinkyla Multifunctional House District Heating Package and the building automation system. Partially heating, ventilation and electrical systems are renewed in the contract. The object's ventilation system is chimney and adjustedto comply with the current plans in this contract. The invitation to tender includes HVAC, building, building automation, demolition and electrical work as planned. The equipment must use parts that are approved by the importer/manufacturer. The item is in operation during the contract. Site arrangements must be handledso that the normal operation of the site is not unnecessarily disturbed. A more accurate description of the acquisition can be found in Annex 1 "contract program" and in attached plans.renewed. The district heating transmission shall be connected to the existing plumbing and heating system of the site. In addition to the district heating system parts, the nearest shut-off and line control valves will be renewed from the hot water system. In the computer room, an air heat pump is installed to cool the space.The fans and entry chambers of the central air change machines will be renewed.
