Description:
The acquisition focuses on the renovation and extension of Maunula Primary School. The site will be implemented as a target price project management contract, where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor for the main contractor within the meaning of YSE 1998 and legislation. In the Maunula districtLocated in the 1950s, the complex covers two buildings with 4136 brm2 (lower building, 1) and 4817 brm2 (upper building, building 2). The planned area of the extension is 3038 brm2. In buildings 1 and 2, a large building engineering improvement and modernizationexisting teaching facilities. The intermediate section connecting buildings 1 and 2 is demolished as a career work. New teaching facilities will be located in the extension to be built in the contract, which will be placed between buildings 1 and 2 in the upper yard. Construction also includes land excavation and all yard areasre -construction and/or refurbishment. The project also includes the furnishing of the premises.
