• Description:
• The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) tenders for catering and cleaning services in the Lakeude, Oulunkaari and Hailuoto areas. The objects to be competed for are offices in the welfare area, such as social and health centers, acute departments, centers for the elderly and service housing units of disability services, home care offices, family and social services offices, and fire departments. The sites to be competed for are located in the following municipalities: Hailuoto, Ii, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi and Vaala. The procurement is divided into six sub-areas as follows: Section 1: Catering services in Muhos, Utajärvi, Vaala Section 2: Catering services Lumijoki, Liminka, Hailuoto, Tyrnävä Section 3: Catering Ii Section 4: Cleaning services Utajärvi, Vaala Subarea 5: Cleaning services Lumijoki, Hailuoto, Tyrnävä Section 6: Cleaning services Ii The service is described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. In Appendix 6, it is indicated section by section which appendices apply to which section. You can make an offer for one or more or from all sub-areas, but within the sub-area must be offered for each requested item. The quantities indicated in the request for tender are estimated quantities for the procurement period. The customer is not committed to the quantities, but they may vary. Each area is made its own agreement. The bidding is done as a "Sote and other special services" procurement according to Appendix E, because the share of meal services is greater than the share of cleaning services.
