Description:
The object of the acquisition is the meal transport of the Paeijaet-Haemeen Ateriapalvelut group throughout the Paeijaet-Haeme area. Transported meals mainly consist of hot and cold meals from kindergartens and schools. Transportation also includes food transportation.
The kitchen network is formed with thiscurrently 4 production kitchens and 55 service kitchens in different parts of Lahti. The core of the kitchen network is the Etelae-Lahti regional kitchen, where approximately 11,000 portions are produced daily. The group's business idea is to produce high-quality meal services reliably, economically and efficiently in the long termbased on the partnership agreements.
In the future, it is also possible that when operations expand beyond the Paeijaet-Haeme area, meal delivery services will also be needed for this target group.
The procured service will be used by the entire group (Paeijaet-Haemeen Ateriapalvelut oy and Ateriasisko oy).The companies (Paeijaet-Haemeen Ateriapalvelut oy and Ateriasisko oy) will make one joint meal delivery contract with the same content and level. The contract and production readiness start on April 1, 2024.
