- The object of the procurement is meal delivery services to Hämeenlinna prison. The content of the procurement is as follows: 1) Transport route: - Kylmäkoski prison (Vanhamaantie 26, 37911 Akaa) - Hämeenlinna prison and prison hospital (Pikku-Parolantie 7, 13100 Hämeenlinna) - Kylmäkoski Prison (Vanhamaantie 26, 37911 Akaa) - In Kylmäkoski Prison and Hämeenlinna Prison Hospital, meals can be loaded/unloaded into the vehicle from the loading dock. In Hämeenlinna prison, meals are unloaded in the yard and pushed inside from the door.2) Meal delivery on weekdays (basically 2 times a day) - Breakfast delivery: arrive in Hämeenlinna at 7:00 (OPTION) - Lunch delivery: arrive in Hämeenlinna at 10:15 - Lunch/evening snack delivery: arrive in Hämeenlinna at 15.153) Meal delivery on weekends / public holidays (basically 2 times a day) - Breakfast delivery: arrive in Hämeenlinna at 8:15 (OPTION) - Lunch delivery: arrive in Hämeenlinna at 11:45 - Dinner/evening snack delivery: arrive in Hämeenlinna at 2:30 p.m. The customer can book as an option the right to add breakfast deliveries to the contract. The orderer decides separately whether to use the option. 4) Quantities- The transport quantities are 8 food transport wagons to the prison- 4 food transport wagons are sent to the prison hospital- 3-4 canteen rolls (1 krt/week in connection with lunch, the transport interval from Hämeenlinna Prison - to the Prison Hospital)- After each transport, the Supplier returns the empty food transport trolleys and trolleys back to the restaurant (for example, the lunch transport ...
