The Paijat-Hame welfare area has requested and received an offer for the provision of meal services for the 24-hour serviced housing unit, Lepolankatu 14 E. The start of the contract period is January 2, 2026, and the contract is valid indefinitely. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE This is an appendix to the Procurement Act (1397/2016). According to E, the procurement of special services exceeding the national threshold value. The procurement procedure is carried out as a direct procurement in accordance with Section 40 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), where the procurement entity negotiates with its chosen supplier on the terms of the procurement contract without publishing a procurement notice in advance. The contract for the care of 24-hour service housing for the elderly in the property expires on January 1, 2026 and the round-the-clock care service production for the residents of the house will be transferred as the own production of the Paijat-Hame welfare area to be implemented on January 2, 2026.
