Description:
The Northern Ostrobothnia welfare area tends to compete for meal and cleaning services to the Oulu and Lakeuden units listed below. The acquisition is divided into 3 components as follows:
- Oulu Hiironen Service Center, older services, catering and cleaning services, multi -service
- Kempele, cleaning services
- Liminka, cleaning services
Annex 6 states, on a subdivision basis, which annexes apply to which area.
The offer can be submitted for one, more or all areas, but within the area must be offered to every point asked. The quantities stated in the invitation to tender are estimated in the amount of the acquisition period. The subscriber does not commit to quantities but may vary. Each area is made its own agreement.
Tendering will be made as "Sote and Other Special Services" in accordance with Annex E because of a higher share of catering services than the proportion of purity services.
The tenderers must become familiar with each area of the sub-area and be in each area of the area they provide in order to participate in the tender of the area in question.
This also applies to those who were involved during the previous invitation to tender Tenderers who have not participated in the cycle of each area of the area.
