Description:
The completed, uniform and integrated system service produced by the supplier must include a complete phase deployment, including the necessary customer -specific adaptation and training for different user groups. The commissioning is carried out in stages, functionality at a time. CommissioningThe phasing is planned in cooperation with the supplier and the customer in connection with the conclusion of the contract. In addition, the acquisition focuses on the conduct of interviews targeted for subscriber clients and other necessary expert services. The aim of the interviews is to mapMore in-depth subscriber-to-client satisfaction. The service must include the following functionality:- a commissioning project and continuous use and maintenance service- a one-way interface that can be used to transfer data from the subscriber Azure information basin from the customer's CRM systemCustomer Experience Measurement System- Interviews and post-work-related interviews, such as expert support and other client research, additional and modifications during continuous service, and additional SMS messagesThe functional and technical requirements of the Information System Service are opened in more detail in Annex 1 functional and technical requirements.
