The tenderer should provide the whole area. The tenderer may submit an offer to one or more areas. Partial offers within the components will not be accepted. If the tenderer offers a product as a frozen way it is good for the tenderer to ensureIts suitability at the time of submission of questions if the product is not allowed to be provided as frozen as well.
