Description:
The object of the acquisition is the meat and meat products used by the Service Center Helsinki in its operations.
The procurement consists of three (3) sub-areas, which are:
Sub-area 1: Meat and meat products used by the Pakkala production facility
Sub-area 2: Meat and meat products used by healthcare facilities
Osa-area 3: Meat and meat products used by schools
More detailed descriptions of the sub-areas are in the call for tenders and its appendices.
The product titles, number of product titles and product delivery locations presented in the sections are estimates presented by the customer for four (4) years and only workin support of making an offer. The subscriber is not committed to any order quantities. If the order quantities of the products or the quantities of delivery locations increase or decrease during the contract period, this must not have an effect on the pricing given by the bidder in his offer. The price change conditions are described in the procurement contractwhich is attached to this request for tender.
Palvelukeskus Helsinki Pakkala's production in Vantaa produces main dishes, desserts, portioned meals and snacks.
Customers include e.g. schools, kindergartens and hospital food centers. Various intermediate products are also delivered from Pakkalafor ages.
Pakkala's production prepares food for an average of 50,000 60,000 diners per day. In addition to large-volume
products, a wide selection of small-volume special diets is produced. Portion meals are delivered daily to approximately 1,200 customers.
