- The ELY Center in Southern Ostrobothnia is requesting an offer for mechanical control of reeds with a seaside destination in its area of five. Four of the sites are used for grazing. The reed control seeks large open beach areas to the shoreline. This is the aim ofto increase the representativeness of the seaside meadows and to improve the living conditions of the birds typical of them. The form of the control is in some of the objects mowing/crushing + collection and for some of the objects only crushing (mowing and collection allowed). The number of reeds growing on targets and the softness of the basevary by target. Three of the sites are included in the Natura 2000 network.
