Description:
The City of Raahe requests a bid for the mechanical winter maintenance tasks of the municipal property and related sidewalks for the period 1.10.2025 - 30.9.2027 + Option for two (2) years. A separate decision on the implementation of the option will be made before the end of the actual contract period Provided that the quality, efficiency, cooperation and reliability of the work have been at the agreed level.
The maintenance sites are divided into three areas. Items are presented In the appendix map of the invitation to tender and in the list of work.
Changes will be compensated or credited to the contractor's bid for those derived in accordance with unit prices.
Contract pricing work Tasks The winter maintenance of the property yard areas includes snow plowing, polanden/softening, anti-slip, and snow removal, caner monitoring and on-call service.
Quotes related to the invitation to tender must be sent 4.8.2025 by 12 noon. Questions must be sent from the bidding service.fi supplier portal. There are also answers to the questions in the same place. In order to ensure equitable treatment of tenderers, any other questions asked will not be answered.
