- Mestarioetinta Oy is asking for your tender for mechanical snow work, sanding, and snow loading and outgoing from the city -owned and managed properties. The aim of the acquisition is to obtain the most economically advantageous service providers, as a contractor, as partners of the subscriber, who have the best chance to carry out mechanical winter maintenance tasks for public buildings (options). Hand -snow work and the readiness to produce them are an option in the acquisition.
The contract period is one (1) year 1 November 2025 - 31.10.2026 and possible 3 years option. The option shall be made a separate decision, which shall be notified for no later than three months of the end of the actual contract period and its use is decided one -sided by the subscriber. (Option start date is 1.11.2026)
The entity to be acquired consists of the following entities:
• public Mechanical winter maintenance work on the property. Includes mechanically performing snow plowing, sanding and snow removal work.
• Option: Mechanical winter maintenance work on residential properties. • Option: Real Estate Handmade winter maintenance work.
Mestaritaminti Oy is responsible for ordering and cooperating work under service agreements.
