Description:
This procurement will carry out space changes and yard work in the current building of the Helsinki Media School extension and in the current building of the Media School. The extension of the Media High School is carried out by transferring part of the Pikku -Finlandia evasive space into a permanent addition to the Tapulika city. Building Connected as an additional medium school through the new gateway. In addition to the kitchen and canteen, the extension will include teaching and group workspaces. Some of Pikku-Finlandia's house elements and some IV machines will be transferred to the Tali Sports Park for storage. The contract is a total contract where the contractor operates as a general contractor and as a main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. The contract must be ready and received no later than 15.7.2027. in commercial and technical documents.
