Description:
OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is the medical equipment process consultation services as defined in the request for tender and its appendices.
The object of the procurement and the content of the sub-areas are described in more detail, especially in appendices 1 "Description of the object of procurement" and appendix 2 "Framework Agreement".
SOTERM
The contract period is four (4) years. See also section 5 of the framework agreement attached to the request for tenders.
SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT
The estimated value of the procurement is 400,000 - 600,000 euros (VAT 0%). The maximum value of the purchase is 600,000 euros (VAT 0%).
The above-mentioned value of the purchase is estimated to be distributed as followsaccording to the sub-areas subject to procurement:
1. PART AREA (Quality management system development and maintenance): €50,000 - €100,000 (VAT 0%)
2. PART AREA (Consulting the content of the product's technical file): €50,000 - €100,000 (VAT 0%)
3. PART AREA (Designing, making and testing the application): 150,000- €200,000 (VAT 0%)
4. SUB-AREA (Clinical assessment planning, implementation and clinical research): €150,000 - 200,000 (VAT 0%)
The values presented above are estimates of the values of the sub-areas. The subscriber does not commit to certain order quantities during the contract period.
A maximum of five will be selected for all areas(5) service provider.
