The acquisition is subject to a temporary work for the provision of medical services in the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Hospital. Services are based on the health care law (1326/2010), Government Decree (583/2017, Emergency Regulation) and the Organizational Regulation) and the Organizational Regulationto the provisions. The service shall be carried out in accordance with the legislation in force at this time. The procurement is used as a procurement (§ 44-48 in the Procurement Act).
