Description:
The acquisition is the target of a meeting and representative service in the Government and its ministries' representation facilities. The Office of the Government (the contracting entity/subscriber) competes for a joint service of the Government of the Government's representation facilities as a single entity. The financial risk associated with the operation is fully transferred to the tenderer (supplier). The Government's representation facilities include: Government Party, House of Estates (currently under renovation, is expected to be completed in early 2026), Kesäranta, Königstedt Manor, Vartiupupa and Guesthouse. Representation facilities may occur during the contract period, and the Government may need to temporarily take another space for representation or to disable a space. This agreement also provides services for temporary destinations. The subscriber estimates that the removal of the premises may reduce orders by up to 15 % and the addition of premises may increase orders up to 10 %.
