Description:
The contract includes Melkinuturi Beach Walls The work of the contract to the extent indicated by the contract documents. The construction project includes: Pier repair, piling, street, water supply and retaining wall, and dredging and filling the sea area. The developer is the urban environment of the city of HelsinkiThe General Areas of the Industry, which also serves as a subscriber according to YSE 98. The work under the contract documents must be ready and received and the inspections required by authorities and inspection institutions by 26.06.2026. The contract form is an overall contract,where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor within the meaning of YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible for the site management responsibilities and site services. On March 7, 2017, the YKT parties have made "a common municipal engineering site" under the namea cooperation agreement where the City of Helsinki is named "the main subscriber" and other agreements as "subscribers".
