- The municipality of Merikarvia requests an offer for the school transport of the municipality of Merikarvia in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices on separately designated routes 1-6 and 9 for the school years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. The contract period is August 1, 2024-July 31, 2026, but the traffic itself takes place on school days. Academic year 2024-2025 fromaa 8.8.2024.
The acquisition includes option periods 1 1 for all routes (academic years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028). Merikarvia municipality's cultural board decides on the use of the option, and the use of the option for each route separately will be notified to the supplier in good time. If the option period is introduced, i.ein option periods, the price can be revised once a year, based on the increase in the cost level determined by both parties' agreement. Fuel and living costs are used as a measure of the cost level. Regarding the option period, the presentation of possible price changes must be reported to Merikarvia civil societyat least three (3) calendar months before the intended change. Both parties must reach an agreement on the price change.the minimum requirements required of drivers and vehicles.
