Description:
The municipality of Merikarvia is requesting offers for changes in the Merikarvia Unified School (Antintie 9, 29900 Merikarvia) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The invitation to tender is divided into three parts: construction/main contract, HVAC contract and electrical work. The construction contractor worksas a general contractor and as a main contractor within the meaning of legislation. The project implements an existing unified school buildingteaching and office space changes to the extent described by the tender documents. The offer will also include time charging prices, which are used for any additional and alteration work. Time charging prices are not used for the bidding comparison. The developer in the projectMerikarvia municipal engineer Kari Pitkaranta represents Merikarvia municipality. Contractors are obliged to explore the construction site before submitting the offer. The building site will be presented on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 10am to 11.30am.
