• REQUEST FOR REQUESTS Stara, the City of Helsinki's Construction Services Department, requests your offer for the Jätkäsaari stone works in accordance with this RFP and the attached RFP documents. The procurement entity is Stara. The procurement comes from Stara Kaupunki-infra for use by the construction department. The work sites are located in Merikasarminpuisto, which is located in the Katajanokka (02.) district.
