• Description:
• 1) PROJECT OVERVIEW This procurement is based on the following decisions of the city of Oulu:- §131/2025, City Council, Project report on the organization of early childhood education services in Tuira, 26 May 2025.- §97/2025, City Council, Budget 2026 and financial plan 2027-2028, December 8, 2025. The Merikoski daycare center, implemented as a separate investment project of the city of Oulu, will be implemented on the site of the current Merikoski daycare center next to the Tuira multipurpose hall at the address Kytkintie 5, 90500 Oulu. The current kindergarten will be demolished, and The yard areas related to the daycare center and the LPA plot will be built in connection with the project. The planning will be carried out as split planning as separate entities: Planning procurement 1: Overall planning task ARK-SIS-AKU-PIHA-RAK-PAL-GEOSplanning procurement 2: Main design Design procurement 3: Building engineering design LVIAS. This procurement notice applies to Design Procurement 1. Separate procurement notices will be published later for Design Procurements 2 and 3. This participation notice includes Design procurement 1 (ARK-RAK-GEO-SIS-AKU-PIHA-TIETO, incl. demolition planning and LPA plot planning) procurement of the overall planning task. Design procurement is carried out with a limited procedure as a service procurement that exceeds the EU thresholds. Acquisition is divided into the notification of participation and the request for tender phase.
