Description:
The procurement function of North Karelia requests your offer for the overall contract for the conversion of the office space at Merimiehenkatu 30. The project includes work related to the conversion of Joensuun Ellin Kodit Oy's office space, including the demolition work program and the attached contract documents in the scope presented. The construction site information is presented in the contract tender request. The area of the plot, the volume of the buildings, etc., are presented in the contract boundary appendix, the construction description and the drawings. The presentation of the construction site will take place on November 6, 2025 at 9-10 am at Merimiehenkatu 30. The contact person is Pasi Tolvanen, pasi.tolvanen@ellinkodit.fi, tel. 050 441 6450. At other times, presentation by agreement, in which case the price is €150 (VAT 0%). The builder's recommendation is that the contractor is familiar to the construction site and existing buildings before submitting a bid. If the contractor fails to visit the construction site during the presentation, the contractor cannot later refer to matters that might have come to light during the inspection. Offer is binding and must be drawn up in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The contract must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. structure, in terms of equipment, work and fire safety, and electrical safety.
