Description:
Providing cleaning services of the Merenoja Unified School, High School and Sports Hall. The service agreement will be concluded for 1.8.2025 - July 31, 2030. The Merenoja Unified School is a primary and upper secondary school for about 1,000 students. The school facilities are on three floors, about 8,880 m 2. The teaching facilities are open space entities.There are special children's learning facilities and student welfare facilities. The main floor material is textile and squeeze. The high school has rooms on the 2nd floor. High school students are also used by high school students. Part B of the building has a sports hall, 1,000 m2 with a hall with washroomsAnd in addition to 2 floors of about 500 m2 of sports facilities. For more details on the premises, see Annex 1, Content of the Service. Next to the Merenoja new building is Kalajoki High School. The high school cleaned area is about 1200 m2. There are about 250 high school students and 25 staff. The acquisition includes all cleaning work,Maintenance and annual cleaning. The school will be cleaned from 6am to 10pm. Most of the learning spaces and common areas are cleaned outside school work. In Annex 1, the content of the service contains more detailed information and descriptions of technical and functional issues that must be taken into account in the service.The cleaning instructions are in appendices 2 A and 2B.
