Description:
Satakunta's educational community association is requesting offers for metal saws to be purchased for educational use (2 pcs). The saws will be delivered to the addresses Alpinkatu 12, Kankaanpää (1 pc) and Suoratie 1 32800 Kokemäki (1 pc). The procurement follows the general rules of public procurement terms and conditions (JYSE). The tender price is presented as a VAT 0% price. This procurement falls below the national threshold value set for procurement of goods and services in Section 25 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), i.e. it is a small procurement. QUESTIONSAdditional questions regarding the request for tender will be answered no later than after the deadline for submitting questions. Additional information questions will be made via Cloudia. SUSPENSION OF THE PROCUREMENT Satakunta koulutuskuntayhtika koulutuskuntayhtika (Sataedu) reserves the right suspend the purchase if:1. the request for tender has proven to be open to interpretation or incorrect2. only one acceptable offer has been received for the procurement (no possibility to make an adequate comparison between the prices)3. procurement unit changed financial situation4. the object of procurement or the need for procurement has changed during the procurement procedure.
