- The object of the procurement is metalwork for buildings. Metal works are e.g. door repairs, small-scale steel construction work, e.g. railings and outdoor stairs, etc. metal work related to the property. The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows:1. Metalwork hourly rates2. Metal prices The tenderer must offer for both areas. Partial bids within sub-areas are not accepted. The basis for selection is the one that meets the suitability requirements and the criteria set in the request for tenders as the most economically advantageous offer. The most economically advantageous offer is the one with the highest combined price points and joint quality points of the sub-areas. Based on the tender, a maximum of 2 framework contract suppliers will be selected. Those covered by the framework contract it is the duty of the contract suppliers to carry out the metal structure work of the buildings related to the maintenance of the buildings safely and using skilled labor within the scope and schedule specified by the customer. The works to be ordered are from South Karelia mainly small maintenance or contracting works of properties located in the area, the duration of which varies. The customer does not commit to any order or purchase quantity, because the amount of future work is not known in advance. Tasks are not identified. Orders are made as needed and within the budget.
