Description:
The Helsinki Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd (City Transport Oy) organizes a tendering procedure for partial electrical renovation contract in the Helsinki City Transport Institute (HKL).The content is described in the contract program and in its annexes. The contract form is a total contract where the electrical contractor also includes small -scale construction work determined by the electrical renovation contract. An electrical contractor (hereinafter referred to as the main contractor or main contractor) acts as the main contractor and legislationas a main implementer. The general contractor is responsible for the site management obligations and site services. These obligations and services are presented in the General Terms and Conditions (YSE 1998). After the reception, the main contractor's site management obligations continue to work on occupational safetyObligation until the errors and deficiencies found in the reception have been corrected.
