Description:
The Helsinki Metropolitan Area City Transport Oy (City Transport, later by the request for participation) is organized by the City of Helsinki Transport Agency (HKL) and Lansimetro Oy for tenders for access to the Helsinki and Espoo metro stations.The procurement is the procurement of Article 13 of Article 13 of the Law on the procurement and permit of the Water Management, Transport and Postal Services Units (1398/2016, hereinafter referred to as the Specialty Area Procurement Act). The acquisition is used for specialized areasSection 38 of the Procurement Act is a procedure resembling a negotiation procedure. Urban traffic tends to procure on behalf of HKL and Lansimetro Oy, so that each contracting entity concludes its own access agreement and related procurement decisions for their advertising sites. TenderingOn the basis, one operator is selected, with which both enter into their own license agreement. There are a total of 30 metro stations and their ownership and management will be divided between HKL and Lansimetro Oy as follows: • HKL: KantaMetro metro stations (17 pieces), ie stations from the east to Ruoholahti •Lansimetro Oy: Lansimetro metro stations (13), ie stations west of Lauttasaari.
